This book was such a happy surprise. The stories were well written, and the diversity of the stories were great. I wasn’t left wondering or needing more with any of them. But if Brandon decided he wanted to make any of them full-length, I am all for it.
I thought this collection of short stories was terrific, and I highly recommend you try them out.

I love to read short stories, but the bonus of reading these short stories were they were about love. New love, rekindling love, finding love and just being in love. Every story written was a different aspect of relationships and what part love played in them. Each one of the stories made me laugh and smile and wanted love like this. My favorite was the first story, Even Roses Have Thorns. Samantha was in love with her boyfriend until she saw he was a cheat, but she ended up finding the man she wanted in a place she never thought she would.
These stories were great and this was my first book by this author and will not be my last!!! I love love and this author wrote about love in such a loving way!!! Great read!!!

Brandon C. Brown does an amazing job as he shares the details of his emotional journey towards finding true love in his life. He tells an in depth story of relationships and how he learns to seek God's guidance to come full circle and to mature into an individual who is worthy of the loving relationship that he wants so much. He really puts himself and his feelings into the pages and it takes a lot of courage to do that. He says a lot of things that are laugh out loud funny and I am sure this book will be an encouragement to those who read it. Five stars!!!!!

So to be transparent,I used to know the author back in the day and was being nosey reading it. But let me tell you, this book is awesome and I hope there is a sequel because I want to see how their marriage and life in general progresses. The story line kept me captivated the entire time and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised.
